We simply cut some red cardstock and used a corrugater to crumple it. Found a background paper out of our supplies that we liked or at your closest scrapbook store. Then we printed the message we wanted onto the patterned paper and cut it fit. We added the candy cane heart and holly berries from our Clip 'n Create "Kiss Moose" page. You could also laminate this to help it stay nice looking.
